We offer free returns and exchanges within 14-days after receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your package, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are processed minus any shipping costs from the original order.

One of our amazing customer support champions will reach out to you within 12-24 hours with a pre-paid return/exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, this is to ensure we are able to properly receive each package correctly.
